Peculiarities of Formation of Motor Skills and Abilities of Pupils in Adolescence Age by Means of Physical Training

In the article it is generalized the peculiarities of formation of motor abilities and skills of pupils of adolescence age. It is described the reasons of complication of the process of formation of motor abilities and skills at the lessons of physical culture among pupils of adolescence age. The structure of human motor potential is determined. We have analyzed the peculiarities of adolescence age, dynamics of development of motor qualities of teenagers. It is revealed the essence of factors which contribute to securing and realization of motor function of teenagers.
It is noted that study of motor function of children of adolescence age is a pretty difficult process, as it consists in establishment of certain changes within certain time which occur at structural and functional levels of pupils’ organisms. It isproposed to consider the research of development of motor skills of teenagers within the scientific field which covers various aspects of physical development, growth, maturation of a body, and various aspects of motor abilities (achievements) of pupils.
