Organizational and Methodical Foundations of the use of Physical Rehabilitation in Case of Obesity

The article describes the theoretical foundations of the organization of physical rehabilitation in the case of obesity. The negative effects of obesity on a patient’s organism have been determined and confirmed. Detailed description of the means of physical rehabilitation and the methodological basis for their use in the presence of obesity is presented. The main aspects of loads dosing during the introduction of physical rehabilitation are analyzed taking into account the specific features of the effect of obesity on the patient’s body. The positive aspects of the application of hippotherapy, therapeutic massage and psychotherapeutic correction alongside the curative physical culture of obese patients are described in detail. The effectiveness ofapplication of therapeutic physical culture, hippotherapy, therapeutic massage and psychotherapeutic correction in the case of obesity is proved.
