Peculiarities of Selection of the Level of Physical Loads in the Program of Rehabilitation of Women of the Second Adulthood with An alimentary form of Obesity

Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of a program for treatment of alimentary obesity, taking into account the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease and the effect of obesity on the state of the cardiovascular system. Taking into account these factors, the optimal level of loading of different orientations is determined for patients with obesity of different degrees of severity. The author examined 46 patients with an alimentary type of obesity, the average age of patients was (35 ± 8 years) who were divided into 2 groups –the control (CG) and the main (MG). MG women underwent rehabilitation course using dance exercises. The load level was selected based on the degree of obesity. KG patients were practicing without dance. The results of the study showed a high enough effectiveness of the proposed program for the ill in the main group. Relying on their own experience, the authors analyze the principles and approaches to the treatment of uncomplicated obesity, and consider the ways of preventing the weight gain.
