Physical Education in Vocational Training and Rehabilitation of Students with Disabilities in Highereducation

The article presents pedagogical technology of physical education of students with disabilities, the structure and content which promotes effective professional adaptation. It is experimentally proved that the use of various forms of physical education and sport for youth with disabilities is a very effective means of reaching an immediate health effect, enhance intellectual and physical performance, cognition capabilities of its own body, struggle with addictions, the organization of useful and interesting leisure activities, formation of stable motivation and needs in a systematic, independent employment by physical exercises of different directions, but actively stimulates the process of adaptation to the learning environment, to a new social situation, stimulates the interest, the motivation to acquire a profession and professional fulfillment through the acquisition of useful skills and equal with healthy people opportunities in labour relations, improve the level of employment and sustainable employment through the receipt of appropriate professional education in the university. It is also proved that the efficacy of vocational rehabilitation depends significantly on mastering the skills in the use of individual programs load, taking into account: features of the disease, age and individual psycho-physical properties, their «motor skills» of the operational health status, motivation for further professional activity.
