Modern Look at the Features of Rehabilitation and Physical Elements of Combined Therapy in Obese

Abstract

The article is a theoretical review of published data, which presented modern epidemiological study on the prevalence of obesity, disease characteristics and features programming of physical rehabilitation, depending on the degree of obesity. The necessity of complex application of adjuvant therapy, namely, diet and drug therapy of patients with obesity is grounded. According to epidemiological studies in developed countries on average every third person has a weight that exceeds the norm. Among the many factors that influence the development of obesity occupies a special place low level of physical activity. It is recognized that the most promising prevention and treatment of obesity is to develop a program of physical activity, methods of medical physical culture, under the influence of oxidative processes in muscles are stronger than alone, which increases costs metabolites – carbohydrates and fatty acids. Although recent treatments and prevention of this disease is almost defined, effectiveness and feature of their use is very limited. Thus, the establishment of reasonable approaches to physical rehabilitation of patients with impaired energy metabolism is an urgent problem and has great scientific, practical and social importance.
