Abstract

The dynamics of changes in quality of life related to health of adolescents of 12–15 years with primary obesity in the application of our technology of physical rehabilitation. The developed technology based on the use of basic and variable components of physical rehabilitation and elements of complex therapy: kinesitherapy; massage; natural and artificial factors of nature; mechanotherapy; dietetics; orthopedic aids, and provides for the phased implementation of rehabilitation measures for the three modes of propulsion: a gentle, sparing, coaching and training. In the process of research using a questionnaire PEDS QL 4,0 in the Russian version, and methods of mathematical statistics at teenagers the two groups (study group n = 34 – the teenagers involved on technology developed by us physical rehabilitation; control group, n = 34 – the teenagers involved in the standard programof  physical rehabilitation) were evaluated quality of life of adolescents. The data allowed an analysis of the studied parameters in the process of rehabilitation measures aimed at their correction and set a statistically significant benefits of our technology of physical rehabilitation.
