Rehabilitation Measures after Amputations of Lower Limbs

Actuality of work is predetermined by realization of anti-terror operation on east of Ukraine, in this connection amount of amputations, caused by wounds grew considerably. The amount of amputations of lower limbs, related to the complicated diabetes mellitus and obliterans atherosclerosis of vessels of lower limbs grows at the same time, that specifies on actuality of problem in this time. The purpose of work is theoretical development and practical verification of efficiency of rehabilitation measures after amputation of lower limbs. After amputation of lower limb a physical rehabilitation was applied in three periods: рeriod after an operation, period of preparation to prosthetic appliance, period of capture prosthetic appliance. Modern technologies allow to «drive» in prosthetic appliance under cult, but not vice versa, that allows to reduce the level of the amputated extremity. Cerebrospinal was applied patients with the purpose of diminishing of pain in a postoperational period and phantom pain in the period of rehabilitation. With a purpose the prophylaxises of postoperative thromboembolic complications applied cybor. In an early рeriod after an operation used Medical physical culture on a background medicinal therapy. Early activation of patient was begun with a 2–3 twenty-four hours. Before the final forming of cult, with the purpose of adaptation to the everyday physical loading in 1–2 months applied temporal prosthetic appliance. For determination of efficiency of rehabilitation measures, there was the conducted diagnostics of indexes of bodily condition and level of anxiety of patients. After application of psychophysical rehabilitation the index of anxiety went down to the middle level with a tendency to high. The indexes of frequency of heart-throbs went down as a result of systematic application of rehabilitation facilities, the indexes of arteriotony became better, tone of muscles of back increased, amplitude of active motions increased in the hip joint of the amputated extremity. In future plan to continue research in relation to determination of efficiency of the use of facilities of physical rehabilitation after amputation of lower limbs, further improvement of methods of application of facilities of rehabilitation depending on the individual features of patients.
