The questions operation of the system of physical education in the United States and Europe is considered. The task of the work – an basis on the theoretical analysis of the data of documentary and professional literature to establish the foundations of the system of physical training and monitoring in the educational institutions of the USA and Europe. Аllocated the main theoretical and practical aspects provided physical culture and sports in secondary schools and universities of foreign countries. Тo ensure widespread physical culture and sports in the educational institutions of the USA and Europe іt was found and determined the key principles.
