Abstract

Cardiovascular disease (CVD) remains the leading cause of death worldwide for both men and women. According to experts of WHO, coronary heart disease (CHD) is expected to be the most common cause of disability and mortality by 2020. Over the past decade, significant progress was reached in the study and treatment of cardiovascular disease. However, despite the widespread high-tech medical care as a means of the first row, to stop the epidemic of CVD failed. As the results of the major European and American Studies, the reason is insufficient and inadequate prevention of cardiovascular disease, including the secondary one. That is why one of the primary health problems is finding more effective methods of prevention and treatment of women with CVD.
