Abstract

In the article were described the evaluation of the effectiveness of the rehabilitation of patients with the anterior cruciate ligament (PCL) damage after arthroscopic reconstruction, based and described on the stabilography data on analysis of the walking time and dynamic parameters.

Analysis of biomechanical parameters of the walking, performed before and after surgery by the stabilography showed increasing efficacy results of rehabilitation after arthroscopic reconstruction of the ACL in the group of patients operated during the 1,5 months after the injury, that confirms time and dynamic parameters of the walking on late postoperative period.
