Study of questions, related to perfection of the system of preparation of sporting reserve in football, always were and remain actual and practically meaningful, what stipulated realization of these researches. Purpose – to ground the organizationally-methodical going near perfection of the system of long-term preparation of young footballers. The analysis of maintenance and orientation of work of sporting organizations is conducted on preparation of perspective young people. The row of fundamental and system distinctions is shown between the traditional and progressive going near the construction of учебно-тренировочного process. The necessity of making alteration is defined for the domestic system of long-term preparation, practice of realization of training process, pedagogical approaches of management sporting activity of young footballers.
