Abstract

The factors that determine the nature and direction of physical rehabilitation measure sin adolescents with primary obesity-quality of life and eating habits. During the study, using a commonquestionnairePedsQL-4,0 (Pediatric Quality of Life Questionnaire)in the Russian version of the two groups of adolescents (group № 1, n =165 – adolescents with obesity, a group №2, n =72 – teens with normal body weight) were evaluated basic components of quality of life: physical functioning, emotional functioning, social functioning, school functioning and mental health. The data allowed an analysis of the relationships of indicators scoring the quality of life with the parameter sof physical development that characterize the severity of obesity and features of the distribution of adipose tissue.
