A Physical Rehabilitation of Patients with Arterial High Blood Pressure
Keywords:
arterial hypertension, physical rehabilitation programsAbstract
Considered physical rehabilitation programs in secondary prevention and treatment of patients with hypertension. The analysis of more than 70 literature on the effect of different methods of rehabilitation on blood pressure shows the influence of dynamic and static loads of different threshold power, methods of auto trening, diaphragmatic breathing, relaxation exercises to reduce blood pressure. The basic principles of construction of physical training in arterial hypertensionare regularity, gradual inclusion in the training of a large number of muscle groups, the presence of motivation for further self-study.
