Corrective and Preventive Technologies in Physical Training of Students with Functional Disorders of the Musculoskeletal System, the Practical Component of the Author’s Conception

Despite significant theoretical developments in the prevention and correction of functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system of the student youth, at the same time, the trend of increasing the number of students with posture disorders shows that the scientific and methodological provision of work with this category of people lags behind the requirements of the time and thereafter needs the methodological, organizational and practical substantiation, the question remains unstudied on the theoretical and methodological substantiation of the correctional and prophylactic measures of the aforementioned contingent taking into consideration the state of biogeometric profile of posture and body-type. The objective of the research – on the basis of theoretical analysis and own experimental studies to scientifically substantiate, develop theoretical and methodical principles of correction and preventive technologies in physical education of students with functional disorders of the locomotor apparatus, to improve their healthforming orientation. To solve the assigned problems, the following methods were used: the analysis of special scientific and methodological literature, documentary materials, pedagogical observations and experiment using the anthropometry, videometry, as well as the methods of mathematical statistics. In the course of the research, the concept of prevention and correction of functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system of students in the process of physical education was developed, the distinctive features of which are the construction of the management methodology taking into account the individual features of the state of the biogeometric profile of students’ posture, including the theoretical and practical component. The practical component included the corrective and preventive technologies.
