Abstract

Physical efficiency is one of the most controversial concepts in physical education science and sport. Przewęda i Trześniowski [1996] present three definitions of that concept. Physical efficiency as using your physical activity. Physical efficiency as kinetic adaptation for the human life environment meant in the widest possible sense. Physical efficiencіy as the sum of motoric features . The goal of this work is the evaluation of physical efficiency of the first year students of two academies: Rzeszow & Preszow. The evaluation was carried according to the classic Eurofit test.
