The use in practice of Medical Control of Immunological Methods for Assessing the Effectiveness of the Training Process and Health Condition of Those Engaged in Physical Activity with Health-recreational and Sports Purposes

The article shows that the role of immunity in the organism is not limited by execution of its main – the immune surveillance of the internal environment. Immunological reactions have general biological importance. They have a significant role in development of a body and pathogenesis of many diseases. Therefore, assessment of health condition is not sufficiently complete and objective without studying of the immunological status, without interpretation of activity of certain components of the immune system. The method of complex evaluation of the immune system which determines the quantitative and qualitative parameters of immune competent cells and natural resistance indices should be used medically for persons engaged in physical culture and sports. The level of adaptation to intense muscular activity is reflected in the dynamics of immunological parameters. Without taking into account these indices and without the complex assessment of condition of immunological reactivity the objective assessment of the health status of individuals engaged in physical culture and sports is not possible. The article states that the use of immunological and cytochemical indicators in the practice of medical controls uncovers an opportunity of their application for objective estimation of health condition of persons engaged in physical training in medical, recreational and sports purposes, identifying of early signs of strain recovery processes and control over the recovery process. Introduction of immunological research into the system of medical and biological securing of the training process would greatly increase its effectiveness.
