The Structure of Health-saving Activity of a Specialist of Physical Culture and Sport in Conditions of Informatization of Education

The decrease of the level of health of the growing generation is connected with sedentary lifestyle and is enhanced by their low motivation to physical culture and sports practicing. One of the tasks of higher school is educating future specialists in physical culture and sport to apply innovative technologies in the process of health-saving activity. It was found out that one of the key activities of specialists of physical culture and sport is health saving activity, which in the conditions of informatization of education has its own peculiarities. According to the results of systematization of scientific and methodical literature and own pedagogical experience, we have defined 30 types of health-saving activities of a modern specialist in physical culture and sport. In the research it was involved 25 experts who have significant theoretical and practical experience in educating of students and future specialists in the scope of physical education and sport. The use of the factor analysis let us define three factors that explain 76,8 % of the general dispersion in the structure of health-saving activity of a specialist of physical culture and sport in condition of informatization of education. The main factor contained skills of applying of widespread computer knowledge for health-saving activity and knowledge of methodology of their applying, the second factor contained a skill to create program products of health-saving orientation, and the second factor contained of skills to use special programs for processing of the results of statistic observations according to the indices of physical condition under the influence of health-saving activity. Such results prove the necessity of development of the special course «Health-saving activity of a specialist of physical culture and sport in conditions of informatization of education» and its adoption into practice of training of future specialists of physical culture and sport. We should mention that content of the special course should be developed taking into account the results of the factor analysis.
