Training Program Aimed at Adaptation of Athletes’ Organisms to Climate Changes in Conditions of High Temperatures
Keywords:
training process, high temperatures, functionalityAbstract
Objective of the work: to form the ground for carrying out a special analysis for enhancing the adaptive capacities of athletes in the process of improvement of performance of athletes in the process of adaptation to hot climate conditions. It is shown the possibility of correcting the functional state of athletes in case of moving from moderate climate conditions to conditions of conducting of trainings in hot climate conditions. Correction is connected to application of sports training program aimed at reducing the tension of functional ensuring of athletes’ performance. The level of response of the cardiorespiratory system after the experimental training program increased by 2,6 % comparing with the level of response to the adaptation microcycle, and by 1,7 % higher than the level of response of the control group of athletes (p<0,05). Indicators of blood lactate concentrations after the experimental training programs decreased by 25 % in comparison with the level of response to the adaptation microcycle, and by 20 % below the level of response of the control group of athletes on the eleventh day of training (p<0,05).
