Morphological and Functional Features of the Cadets of Higher Educational Establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

Ukraine’s accession to the European educational space, the organic integration of the departmental education system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the national education system requires the development, introduction of flexible educational programs and information technology training in accordance with international requirements.
Work specialist bodies of internal affairs of any specialty is aimed at a specific object and activity is to perform certain functions. It is associated with a specific operation system and is implemented by means of this activity.
In modern conditions the profession of specialist bodies of internal affairs does not exclude activities that relate to the power detain offenders. This requires the proper officers of the level of development of morphological and functional parameters. In these circumstances, the dominant system of physical training is to develop the ability of a specialist on the basis of appropriate education to rebuild the system of their training, taking into account the personal level of functional state and regulatory constraints - that is, the formation of the personal characteristics of the future police. The means of identity formation while becoming means, forms and methods of special physical preparation.
The article presents the results of a study of morphological and functional data cadets institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Interesting and relevant from the perspective of modernization of the judicial system are the results. In particular, among the established, in more than 25% of students identified disharmony in the development of the respiratory system. And more than 20% there is insufficient development of the forces of the left hand. Evaluation of the cardiovascular system of trial Rufe showed that 26.26% of the students observed heart failure during exercise.
