Figures of Psychophysical Health of Preschool Children in Ivano-Frankivsk Region

The paper studies the performance of psychophysical health of children of the senior preschool age. Analysis of the current state of the organization of physical training in preschool education points to the need to modernize the content of the first-level education is the basis for the formation of a harmonious development of the child.
Methods: data analysis and synthesis of scientific-methodical and professional literature; teaching methods (pedagogical experiment, pedagogical testing); method of anthropometry; psychophysical testing methods; methods of mathematical statistics.
The results. To determine the effectiveness of existing training programs and education in preschool study was conducted older preschoolers. According to the results of scientific research problems are formulated. In particular it found low awareness of children on the issues of healthy lifestyle food. Indices of physical development, morphological and functional data older preschoolers.
Findings. The findings suggest that the overwhelming majority of the level of development of all the studied parameters below average, indicating that the low efficiency of existing programs of physical training in preschool education.
