Qualitative and Quantitativeaspects of Thetraining Loadsof Young Swimmers

At present, planning of training, registration of loads and optimization with respect variety of methods, means and forms of training is based on years of experience of trainers and athletes themselves. This article describes the qualitative and quantitative aspects of the training load strength training applied in the planning and implementation of long-term training. Comparison of the data obtained in the analysis, as well as progress of results characterizing the individual periods of training show that:
– during the period 2012/2013 used a clear distinction between the periods of study;
– to implement two cycles of immediate preparation homepage wear appropriate training;
– the training process is built on an individual approach
– dynamics of training loads for the test athlete was optimal, as 2012/2013 season he set a personal record.
