Development of Speed-strength Training of the Players of 13–14 Years

Abstract

Analysis of the literature showed that young players are largely inferior in speed and speed-strength training to representatives of other sports. One of the important stages of education of these qualities is 1314 years of age.

In football, speed-strength movements are performed quite often. Basically it jumps, wrestling, game ahead of the curve. For high-speed and power-speed movements there is also acceleration and jerk for short distances, after which there is a shot on goal, or any other technical identities. The aim of the work is to increase the level of speed-strength training of the players of 1314 years.

It is shown that the science-based and technology developed speed-strength training of young players with a ratio of exercises with the ball and without taking into account the basic pedagogical conditions which determine its effectiveness, will increase the overall level of sportsmanship players. The analysis of the training process of young players, aimed to increase the level of speed-strength using a set of exercises with padded balls, jumping exercises on the ground and on the move, as well as the running of the various segments without the ball and with the ball. The efficiency of the pedagogical experiment carried out using a set of special physical exercises that aim to develop speed-strength training ofyoung players.
