Abstract

Every year, over 15 million of dysmature infants are born in the world, which is 10 % of all newborns. Prematurity is the main cause neonate deaths. Many of the survivors are disabled. The aim of the research is to establish a theoretical justification of a comprehensive stepwise physical rehabilitation algorithm application for dysmature infants with the mobility infraction and different gestation term. Materials and Methods: the experience of domestic and foreign experts in the field of physical rehabilitation of dysmature infants was reviewed [1–15]. Methods – general scientific: analysis, synthesis, generalization, comparison, experimentation with schemes (development of its inclusiveness, an audit of its reasonable and practical aspects, while conducting the concepts, real models and physical rehabilitation programs operation); content analysis of medical records; sociological – questionnaires, the conversation; pedagogical supervision. The results. The concept of physical rehabilitation program for dysmature infants with the different causation of mobility infraction has been developed, with taking into consideration the achievements of modern science in the field of restorative treatment and a new approach to solving this problem in the field of physical rehabilitation. Conclusions. The physical rehabilitation program for dysmature infants with the different causation of mobility infraction application demonstrates the relevance of the follow-up supervision on dysmature infants, as far as, the necessity of a stepwise algorithm implementation for physical rehabilitation, based on individual age features and capabilities of a dysmature infants, a stepwise assessment of the current status accordingly to the diagnosis and a type of pathology, an objective assessment of the psychomotor development level.
