Abstract

The article deals with the technology of physical rehabilitation of premature babies. Characteristic disorders in premature babies were revealed: reduced and/or increased muscle tone, general lethargy, inactivity, poorly expressed unconditioned reflexes or their absence, sleep disturbance. It was proved that as a result of premature birth, a significant period of prenatal development occurs with the biologically determined specificity belonging to it, and therefore the conditions for the further maturation of vital structures of the body and improvement of their functions change dramatically. To confirm the effectiveness of the proposed technology of physical rehabilitation, observation and rehabilitation intervention was carried out for 6 months. The technology of physical rehabilitation of premature babies is aimed at prevention and correction of functional disorders, normalization of neuropsychic development. A number of characteristic disorders for premature babies were revealed: reduced and/or increased muscle tone, general lethargy, inactivity, unconditioned reflexes or their absence and sleep disturbance. Due to the reduced resistance of the body, most premature babies were exposed to ARVI, after which complications are developed. The technology was considered as an algorithm of actions with the main means of physical rehabilitation: therapeutic physical training, preventive and therapeutic massage, hydrokinesiotherapy based on the physiological characteristics of the body of children. It was determined and confirmed that the main conditions for teaching children movements are positive emotions and emotional saturation of classes. The indicators assess the adequacy of the load for each child of the first year of life. It was revealed that after the use of physical rehabilitation technology, children of the main group showed better results in weight gain, height, head circumference and chest, they quickly began to hold their heads, turn over and sit, than children of the control group with whom physical rehabilitation was not applied. We proved the effectiveness of introduction of physical rehabilitation technology to improve physical development and health indicators.
